Deposit & Withdrawal
Step 1: KYC (about 1 minute)
Before using the wallet, complete KYC with your legal name (must match Touch 'n Go / DuitNow) and DuitNow ID. Review takes 1–3 business days, often a few hours, with the result sent by the bot. Then set a 6-digit payment PIN for withdrawals and group packets.

- Minimum and maximum amounts are shown on the deposit page.
- Bank transfers must come from an account in your own name; do not write sensitive words in the reference.
- Deposits land in the points wallet and move to the cash wallet after the turnover requirement.
Withdrawal
- Add a bank or e-wallet account under Withdraw accounts (name must match KYC); it becomes usable after approval.
- On the wallet page pick the account, enter the amount and verify your PIN.
- The amount is frozen, finance processes it and pays the net; track progress under Orders.
- There are free withdrawals daily; beyond that a percentage fee applies, shown with the expected net before you submit.
- Withdrawals come from the cash wallet only; points must meet turnover first.
- 12:00–12:30 am is bank maintenance time; no withdrawals are processed.
- Withdrawals pause for 24 hours after a device rebind or a new Telegram binding.
- Only USDT-deposited balances can be withdrawn as USDT — contact support.

- Cash wallet: commission, rebates, rewards, withdrawals and transfers
- Transfers: send cash or points to another player by UID — instant, irreversible, PIN required
