Rewards & VIP
Welcome bonus
Once KYC is approved the welcome bonus is credited to your points wallet; after the required valid turnover it converts to cash and can be withdrawn. The amount is shown on the Welcome Gift page in the app.
Daily rewards
Each house game has its own daily rewards, credited automatically when achieved and reset at 00:00 Malaysia time:
- 9-point ladder — cumulative normal 9-point hands for the day; higher tiers pay more
- Triple bounty — 1.11–9.99 counts once; credited at 3
- Banker ladder — paid by banker count for the day
- Special rewards / limited events — shown when live
Eligibility: the round must meet the minimum bet or all-in; hands won as banker count too.
VIP centre: 12 tiers
- Tiers follow cumulative valid turnover (NiuNiu, Sam Gong, provider games, settled 4D bets), upgrade instantly at each threshold and never drop.
- Each tier has a one-off tier reward; skipped tiers can be claimed too, manually in the VIP centre, paid to the cash wallet.
- Live / slot rebates use each provider's rate, independent of tier.
- Tier-1 / tier-2 rebates: your direct downline's and their downline's daily turnover × the provider rate.
- Rebates settle daily (Malaysia time) for the previous day, paid straight to the cash wallet.
Birthday gift
Paid on your birthday by your tier at the time, once a year. The birthday can be entered only once; contact support to change it.
Leaderboards
Daily / weekly / monthly boards for turnover, hands and banker count, updated every 5 minutes; the top 3 are highlighted on the podium and rewarded.
Jackpot pool
- A base amount plus a daily share of both house games' turnover.
- Eligibility: minimum bet or all-in in the round.
- Wins: 3.33 takes 100%, 3.45 10%, 3.21 3%, 2.34 2%, 2.22 1%.
- After a 3.33 win the pool resets to the base; other tiers deduct their prize only.
- Wins trigger a server-wide marquee in the lobby and groups for about 5 seconds.
All rates and amounts follow the live configuration in the app; the platform may adjust, pause or end promotions with notice.
