1. General

Welcome to RoyalX City (the "Platform"). The Platform provides table play, wallet settlement and promotion services through a Telegram Mini App and related bots. By using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

2. Accounts and devices

You must access the Platform through the official Telegram entry. The account is bound to your Telegram identity and is your responsibility to protect.
One account may be bound to one device. You may rebind with your payment PIN on the login page; otherwise contact live support for identity checks.
After KYC you must set a 6-digit payment PIN, required for withdrawals and group packets. Never share it; support will not ask for the full PIN.
Losses from lending or sharing an account, a leaked PIN or a compromised device are your responsibility; contact support immediately if you notice anything unusual.

3. KYC and funds

Complete KYC before deposits, withdrawals or play, and keep your legal name identical to your Touch 'n Go / DuitNow name.
Deposits must follow the on-page instructions with a receipt; credit follows finance verification. Withdrawals go to your bound payout details; the request page shows the amount, fee and expected net.
The Platform may hold, reject or request additional documents for unusual, suspicious or mismatched funds requests.
Deposits from a bank name that does not match your KYC are not credited and must be resolved with support.

4. Tables and settlement

Rules, multipliers, fees and settlement follow the live configuration and rules page.
Packet amounts only decide the hand; they are not credited as game results. The system settlement is final.
Cheats, scripts, collusion, arbitrage or other unfair play may lead to limits, frozen funds or account termination.

5. Promotion and rewards

An inviter cannot be changed after binding. Rebate rates, tasks and payouts follow the pages and back-office settings.
The Platform may adjust, pause or end promotions with reasonable notice.

6. Service changes and liability

For delays or failures caused by networks, third-party payments, Telegram outages or force majeure, the Platform will assist within reason but is not liable for indirect losses.
The Platform may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance.
